Abstract: The present invention relates to a fully automatic portable brick-making unit configured for on-site production of construction-grade bricks using locally available soil and partially recycled construction and demolition waste materials. The system comprises a compact modular base frame, an integrated crushing and mixing assembly, a soil processing module, an interchangeable split-die brick moulding system, a dual-axis compression mechanism, a hydraulic self-lifting and leveling system, and an intelligent control unit. The hydraulic lifting mechanism enables autonomous loading, unloading, deployment, and leveling of the machine on uneven terrain without requiring external lifting equipment. The machine is operable through a multi-source power module configured to selectively utilize grid electricity, a diesel generator, or solar energy with battery storage, thereby ensuring uninterrupted operation in both grid-connected and off-grid environments. An embedded AI-based control system monitors and regulates raw material proportioning, moisture content, compression pressure, production cycles, and system diagnostics based on sensor feedback to ensure consistent brick quality with minimal human intervention. The modular construction facilitates rapid transportation, installation, and reassembly, while the interchangeable die system enables the manufacture of solid, perforated, and interlocking bricks of different sizes. By converting excavated soil and construction waste into usable building materials at the construction site, the invention significantly reduces transportation costs, minimizes environmental impact, promotes sustainable resource utilization, and enables efficient decentralized brick production in remote, rural, disaster-affected, and infrastructure-deficient regions.
