Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first wireless device, such as a user equipment (UE), a vehicle-to- every thing (V2X) device, or other wireless communications device may manage collisions of control indications that request transmission of urgent data. The first wireless device may also manage beam configurations based on one or more control indications. The first wireless device may receive multiple control indications from multiple wireless devices. Each control indication may be associated with respective parameters that are configured for each wireless device. The first wireless device may transmit one or more feedback messages based on determining the respective parameters associated with the control indications. The first wireless device may also adjust one or more parameters associated with one or more beam configurations based on receiving the control indications.
