Abstract: ABSTRACT In modem transportation systems, vehicle users frequently face unexpected fuel shortages or mechanical breakdowns in locations where immediate assistance is unavailable. Existing roadside assistance services are often slow, fragmented, or limited to a single type of service, causing safety risks, time loss, and inconvenience to stranded users. To overcome these limitations, the present invention introduces Fue!OnWheels, an AI-enabled, location-based emergency fuel delivery and breakdown assistance platform. The system integrates on-demand fuel delivery and real-time mechanic assistance into a single mobile application. By utilizing GPS-based location tracking, realtime partner availability, and intelligent assignment algorithms, the platform identifies nearby fuel stations, mechanics, garages, or towing services and dispatches the closest available partner to the user's location. The system supports secure digital payments, cash-orr-delivery options, transparent pricing breakdowns, and digital invoicing. An emergency priority mode enables faster response for users stranded in unsafe or remote locations. The platform also provides partner-side operational controls, including service radius management, delivery fee configuration, fuel type availability, and pricing adjustments. Through intelligent routing, live tracking, and automated partner selection, FuelOnWheels significantly reduces response time and enhances reliability. By combining emergency fuel logistics, breakdown assistance, and intelligent partner coordination into a unified platform, the invention improves road safety, service transparency, and user confidence, offering a scalable and efficient solution for modem mobility challenges
