This research delves into how integrated digital health information systems can tackle issues like communication breakdowns, emergency response coordination, and the management of hospital resources in healthcare delivery. By conducting a thorough survey and reviewing existing literature, we pinpointed several key shortcomings in traditional healthcare systems, such as fragmented communication, delays in emergency responses, limited visibility of hospital resources, inadequate complaint handling, and a lack of multilingual accessibility.
