Abstract: The present invention discloses a dual-platform dermal delivery system comprising a niosome-infused peel-off serum mask and a dissolving microneedle-array patch incorporating Rutin-loaded, cholesterol-free niosomes for effective management of skin aging. The invention addresses the limitations of conventional topical formulations by enhancing solubility, stability, dermal penetration, and bioavailability of Rutin. Stable nanoscale niosomes with high encapsulation efficiency and controlled release properties are developed using non-ionic surfactants and biocompatible excipients. These are integrated into a polymeric peel-off mask for surface- level rejuvenation and a microneedle patch for deeper transdermal delivery. Both platforms exhibit sustained release, favorable biocompatibility, and significant anti- aging activity demonstrated through in vitro and cellular studies. The system collectively enables improved collagen stimulation, antioxidant protection, and enhanced therapeutic performance.
