Abstract: The present invention discloses a polyherbal topical pharmaceutical composition in the form of an ointment for the management of cervical spondylosis and associated musculoskeletal disorders. The composition comprises therapeutically effective amounts of extracts of Artemisia vulgaris, Achyranthes aspera, Ricinus communis, Vitex negundo, and Curcuma longa, in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable ointment base comprising beeswax, paraffin, and one or more carrier oils. The herbal extracts are obtained via oleaginous extraction and incorporated through a controlled heating and homogenization process to achieve uniform dispersion and stability. The composition is configured for topical administration and provides localized anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, facilitating pain relief, improved microcirculation, and tissue recovery. The synergistic interaction of the active constituents enhances therapeutic efficacy and bioavailability. The invention further provides a safe and effective alternative to conventional treatments, with reduced adverse effects, suitable for long-term management of cervical pain conditions.
