Abstract: The present disclosure provides a formed tube fitting assembly (10) comprising a body fitting (12), a formed tube (14), a drive member (18) configured to fit over the body fitting (12) and the formed tube (14), and a soft internal sealing ring (16) positioned between the body fitting (12) and the formed tube (14). The soft internal sealing ring (16) creates a soft seal between the body fitting (12) and the formed tube (14) when the drive member (18) is tightened onto the body fitting (12). A body fitting extending member (28) of the body fitting (12) and a formed tube extending member (22) of the formed tube (14) form a second metal seal (30) when the drive member (18) secures the formed tube (14) to the body fitting (12). The drive member (18) engages with the body fitting (12) to drive the formed tube (14) towards the body fitting (12), thereby compressing the soft internal sealing ring (16) and establishing the second metal seal (30).
