Abstract: The invention relates to a force-determining apparatus (110), (510), (610) with (i) a contact portion (111), which is designed to contact at least part of a first object, (ii) a flexible portion (112), which is connected to the contact portion, wherein the flexible portion is designed to yield when a force acts at least partially on the first object and/or on the contact portion, (iii) a measuring head (113), (114), (511), (611), which is designed to measure a measured value of a measured variable which correlates with the yielding of the flexible portion, and (iv) a force-determining device, which is designed to determine on the basis of the measured value of the measured variable a force value of the force that acts at least partially on the first object and/or on the contact portion. The invention also relates to a system (200) with at least three measured-value-determining apparatuses, wherein the system is designed to align the first object spatially with the second object on the basis of three measured values, in particular force values. In this way, a high resolution can be achieved over a large measuring range.
