Abstract: A foot rest assistive device comprising of a platform 101 positioned on a fixed surface, the platform 101 is equipped with a multiple retractable wheels 102 that provide movement to the platform 101 as per the user’s requirement, a microphone 103 mounted on the platform 101 for receiving the voice command of a user regarding requirement of the resting legs, an imaging unit 104 installed on the platform 101 for capturing and processing the multiple images of the user’s legs, a rectangular plate 105 installed on the platform 101 by means of a pair of scissor lift arrangement 106 arranged on lateral edges of the platform 101, to lift/lower the plate 105 to align the plate 105 as per the user’s requirement, an inflatable member 107 installed on the plate 105 linked with an air compressor 108 for inflating the member 107 to provide comfort to the user’s legs.
