Abstract: FoodLinker: Web-Based Sustainable Food Redistribution and Donation Tracking System with Multi-User Integration, Real-Time Resource Management, and Transparent Administrative Control. ABSTRACT The present invention provides a web-based sustainable food redistribution and donation tracking system that enables efficient coordination between surplus food providers and recipients through a centralized digital platform. The system integrates multiple user modules, including hotels, charitable organizations, individual donors, and administrators, to ±acilitate structured and transparent management of food and essential item donations. Hotels can upload real-time information regarding surplus food availability, including type, quantity, and pricing, while charitable organizations can search, request, and track food resources based on location and urgency. The system incorporates a dynamic request-handling mechanism that allows real-time acceptance or rejection of requests, ensuring optimal allocation of available resources and minimizing wastage. The platform further enables individual donors to contribute non-food items such as clothing and medical supplies, thereby extending the scope of community support beyond food redistribution. A centralized administrative control system monitors all activities, including user management, donation tracking, request processing, and transaction oversight, ensuring accountability, transparency, and system integrity. The invention employs secure data handling techniques and database management systems to maintain data consistency, confidentiality, and efficient retrieval of information. Additionally, the system supports real-time notifications, location-based filtering, and optional payment integration for paid meal distribution, enabling seamless interaction among users. Implemented using Java Enterprise Edition (JEE), Servlets, JSP, and MySQL, along with responsive frontend technologies, the system provides a scalable, user-friendly, and efficient solution for reducing food wastage, improving resource utilization, and promoting community-driven social welfare initiatives.
