Abstract: A food-spillage prevention assistive device, comprising a C-shaped frame 101 positioned on a plate, a push button is positioned on frame 101 that is to be pressed by a user for activating device, a drawer arrangement increase/decrease dimensions of frame 101 for conforming to half-surface of plate, an air cushion padding 102 arranged on frame 101 and integrated with an air inflating unit 103 for inflating padding 102 to get inflated for creating a secure grip on plate, an imaging unit 109 integrated in frame 101 to determine amount of food filled in plate, multiple L-shaped flaps 104 are located at outer edge of frame 101, for locking device to plate, multiple motorized pop out balls 105 arranged on inner periphery of frame 101, to rotate for adjusting position of frame 101, to provide support to spoon/fork, thus preventing food from getting spilled from plate.
