Abstract: The titled invention discloses a food product conveyor device with integrated metal debris scanning tunnel and automated contamination response. The device comprises a conveyor belt (4) supported by hydraulic legs (1) containing plungers (2) for height 10 and angular adjustment, with central baffles (5) on the belt to prevent package slippage. A rectangular scanning chamber (6) is fixed centrally over the conveyor belt (4), housing a transmitting coil (9) and a receiving coil (10) positioned in opposing relation to generate a constant electromagnetic field within the tunnel. A control interface (8) is electronically connected to the coils, the conveyor drive (3), and a 15 warning indicator (7). When a package containing metal debris passes through the scanning chamber (6) between the coils, the metal disrupts the electromagnetic field, causing a signal imbalance detected by the receiving coil. The receiving coil (10) transmits a contamination signal to the control interface (8), which simultaneously activates the warning indicator (7) and halts the conveyor drive, stopping the belt for 20 manual removal of the contaminated package. After the package is removed, the operator resets the system via the control interface, resuming normal conveyor operation. The device provides reliable, real- time metal contamination detection with a simple halt-and-alert mechanism, ensuring food safety with minimal production downtime.
