Abstract: A food paste roll formation device, comprising a base platform 101 affixed to underlying surface, a food paste storage chamber 102 mounted on dual-axis positioning frame and connected to a delivery conduit 104 terminating in a dispensing nozzle 105 to dispense metered quantities of pre-stored food paste, a heating plate 106 to receive the dispensed food paste and solidify the food paste, a spreading panel 107 coupled to a robotic arm 108 to distribute the food paste, a motorized cylindrical roller 109 coupled to a pair of extendable support linkages 110 to receive and wind the solidified food paste sheet into a cylindrical roll and a sharp lifting blade 112 to lift the solidified food paste sheet from the heating plate 106 and bend the sheet over the roller 109 to facilitate the rolling operations.
