Abstract: A food/medicine bottle opening device, comprising a hollow cylindrical housing 101 having a telescopic U-shaped rod 102 developed to be positioned on a bottle that is to be opened, an ultrasonic sensor detects dimensions of user’s hand, a pair of C-shaped members 201, having plurality of motorized pop-out balls by means of pneumatic pins disposed on oppositely located sliding units placed along length of inner surface of housing, for clamping onto a body of bottle, a laser sensor detects diameter of body, a pair of clamps oppositely for gripping a cap of bottle, a pneumatic pusher 203 provided within housing, having a pointed flap 202 at an end for piercing into a non-capped bottle, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103, determine an expiry date of food/medicine printed on bottle and a speaker 104 generate an audio alert regarding not consuming if detected expiry date is lesser than a present date.
