Abstract: A food items frying assistive device comprises of, an inverted L-shaped body 101 vertically positioned on a fixture surface in proximity to a utensil placed on a heat source, a user-interface installed to provide input command for frying user-desired food, a suction unit 102 installed to generate negative pressure, in order to adhere suction unit 102 with surface, an imaging unit 103 integrated with a processer installed on body 101 to capture and process images of utensil to detect height of utensil, a speaker 106 installed on body 101 to generate audible instructions to notify user, a color sensor installed on body 101 to monitor of color during frying of food items, a robotic link 107 installed on body 101 that to provide required movement to a turner 108 attached with robotic link 107 to allow frying of food items from each side.
