Abstract: A food item boiling assistive device, comprises of vertical shaft 101 with a platform 102 is provided to position platform 102 within utensil for boiling food items, with multiple L-shaped plates 103 to accommodate each food item, an artificial intelligence based imaging to determines appropriate boiling temperature and time, motorized expandable grippers 105 to grip food item, with a motorized drawer arrangement 106 regulating gripper 105 size, a microphone 107 receives voice commands to specify water submersion level, while a level sensor monitors water height, speaker 108 alert user if level exceeds, a temperature sensor monitors water’s temperature, a timer monitors boiling duration, and when the set time is reached, a motorized sliding unit 109 to raise the plate 103 and extract the food item from the water when the set time is reached.
