Abstract: ABSTRACT FOLDABLE PRECAST MOULD TABLE AND METHOD OF DEPLOYING THE SAME A foldable precast mould table and a method of deploying the same is disclosed. The foldable precast mould table comprises a centre table (1), first and second tilt table-1 members (2) pivotally connected to opposite sides of the centre table (1), first and second tilt table-2 members (3) pivotally connected thereto, one or more hydraulic cylinders (4), and one or more seven-bar linkage mechanisms comprising link-C (5), link-V (6), and link-I (7). The hydraulic cylinder (4) actuates the linkage mechanism to fold and unfold the table, wherein a 90° rotation of the tilt table-1 members (2) causes a 180° rotation of the tilt table-2 members (3), enabling the mould table to fold into a transportable configuration. The foldable precast mould table further comprises stabilizer systems (13) including hydraulic cylinders (8) and stabilizer footpads (9), and outrigger systems (14) configured to support and level the table during casting operations.
