Abstract: The present invention relates to a foldable orthodontic cleaning tool comprising an elongated protective casing, an orthodontic toothbrush at a first longitudinal end, and an interdental brush at an opposite longitudinal end. The orthodontic toothbrush includes a V-Trim/Groove-Cut bristle profile having a recessed central bristle region and longer peripheral bristles. The recessed region accommodates projecting orthodontic brackets and archwires, while the peripheral bristles facilitate cleaning of adjacent tooth surfaces and gingival margins. The interdental brush provides access to interdental spaces and other restricted oral regions. Respective foldable hinge mechanisms permit the cleaning components to rotate between extended operating positions and recessed storage positions within the casing. An optional selector/locking mechanism assists in retaining the components in selected positions. The integrated dual-ended construction provides a compact, portable and reusable oral-hygiene tool intended to reduce dependence on separate orthodontic and interdental cleaning devices and facilitate convenient oral-hygiene management during orthodontic treatment.
