Abstract: Focus Lab VR is an advanced, immersive virtual reality (VR) application engineered to enhance users' concentration, reflexes, and cognitive control through interactive 3D environments and real-time sensory engagement. Developed using Unity 2022.3 (LTS) and Meta XR SDK, the system integrates neuroscience-inspired gameplay with dynamic motion tracking to create an experiential cognitive improvement platform. The project allows users to train their focus, accuracy, and reaction time through gamified tasks such as Orb Slicing and Reaction Zone challenges, each providing real-time performance feedback and adaptive difficulty scaling. Focus Lab VR transforms traditional 2D cognitive training into an engaging, full-body VR experience merging entertainment, psychology, and technology into a unified interactive system optimized for Meta Quest headsets
