The application for the patent was published on June 05, 2026, under issue no. 23/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to gypsum slurries. In one aspect, a surfactant combination that contains (i) from 20 to 80 weight percent of an anionic di-aryl oxide surfactant; and (ii) from 20 to 80 weight percent of a nonionic sugar-based surfactant is useful as a foaming agent for gypsum slurry used to produce gypsum boards. Minimum ratios of the anionic to the nonionic surfactant may vary depending upon the lipophilic portion of the anionic surfactant. The resulting boards can have a desirable combination of weight and physical strength, as demonstrated by nail pull resistance.
