Abstract: A foam shaping and net lining device comprises, a cuboidal housing 101 having a multiple suction cups 102 underneath housing 101 for stable positioning of housing 101 on surface, a storage chamber 103 provided in housing 101 for storing foam pieces and a storage tank disposed in housing 101 for storing adhesive, a robotic link 104 provided in housing 101 for fetching foam piece from chamber 103 onto an inner bottom surface of housing 101, a plurality of clamps 105 provided on bottom surface for a gripping of foam piece, a cutting blade 106 attached by a pneumatic actuator 107 to a dual-axis lead screw mechanism 108 disposed on an inner upper surface of housing 101 for a cutting of foam piece, an imaging unit 109 to determine and compare a shape of foam piece, and a blade 106 to cut foam to match pre-fed shape.
