Abstract: A foam injecting device for floor tile leveling, comprising a cuboidal housing 101 having telescopic rods 102 with motorized omnidirectional wheels 103 at the ends, for locomotion of housing 101, two L-shaped telescopic links 104 attached with housing 101 via primary ball and socket joints, nozzles 105 connected with pump via conduits, provided within a tank 106 containing polyurethane foam, for injecting under tiles/blocks for levelling of tile or block, two L-shaped telescopic bars 107 via secondary ball and socket joints, rectangular flaps 108 configured with hydraulic pushers 109, attached at ends of bars 107, for inserting under tile/block for lifting during injecting foam, an imaging unit 110, determine area and level of tile or block, an L-shaped telescopic pole 111 via tertiary ball and socket joint having a drill 112 at end for injecting foam, ECV (electronic control valves) regulate flow of foam under tile or block for leveling.
