Abstract: A fluid level measuring device (100) is disclosed. The fluid level measuring device (100) comprises a plurality of magnetic floats (102) disposed in vertical sections of a container (101), a plurality of contactless sensors (104) being disposed at predetermined levels of the container (101), and a level measuring circuitry (107) electrically connected to the plurality of contactless sensors (104) for generating a level signal from the electrical output signal of each of the contactless sensors (104). Each of the contactless sensors (104) is configured to generate an electrical output signal in response to a change in magnetic flux density, the magnetic flux being generated by a magnetic float (102).
