Abstract: A floating water play amusement device, comprises of an inverted U-shaped frame 101 developed to be positioned on a fixed horizontal surface in proximity to a water body, a motorized roller 102 wrapped with a water pad 103 and provided on frame 101 via a pair of supporting links, a display panel 104 for providing input commands for requirement of a stable base over water body, a DC (Direct Current) electric motor to rotate and deploy pad 103 over surface of water body, an air compressor to inflate an inflatable member fabricated beneath pad 103 for floating pad 103 over water body, an imaging unit 105 to detect presence of individual(s) over edge of pad 103, a pair of hinges to tilt and deploy a protective flap attached with hinges over edge portion of user.
