Abstract: The present invention relates to a flexible self-adhesive dental isolation patch incorporating adaptive elastic aperture technology for clamp.freezmoisturecontroLduring_dental procedures. The patch comprises a hydrophobic saliva barrier layer, superabsorbent polymer layer, flexible support membrane, medical-grade adhesive border, hydrogel sealing collar, expandable elastic aperture system, tear-away expansion zones, and saliva-diverting skirt. The adaptive apertures are capable of conforming to teeth of varying morphology including rotated, crowded, partially erupted, fractured, and grossly carious teeth. The device eliminates the need for conventional rubber dam clamps, frames, punches, forceps, and ligatures while providing effective isolation, improved patient comfort, reduced chairside time, and enhanced clinical efficiency.
