Abstract: Abstract FLEX! CLAMP is an adjustable rubber dam clamp comprising a split clamp body divided into two clamp halves having overlapping extension portions at a junction region. At this overlapping junction region, a threaded screw passes through the upper extension portion and engages a receiving seat in the lower extension portion. Rotation of the screw using a compatible dimension-matched screwdriver supplied with the set draws the clamp halves together or allows controlled separation, thereby modifying clamp width to accommodate teeth of varying sizes. The adjustable mechanism enables a single clamp to adapt to both smaller and broader teeth without requiring multiple clamp sizes. The screw includes a transverse perforation extending through its body to permit attachment of dental floss. The floss functions as a safety tether to prevent accidental aspiration or ingestion during intraoral procedures. Once tightened, the locking mechanism maintains structural rigidity and distributes retention forces across the tooth surface. The invention improves procedural efficiency, reduces inventory burden, enhances adaptability to different tooth morphologies, and increases patient safety during dental isolation procedures.
