The method comprises: receiving, at a first apparatus from a second apparatus, a configuration of at least two candidate resource sets for a transmission of the first apparatus; determining an energy status of the first apparatus, wherein the energy status of the first apparatus is based on a battery level of the first apparatus or a device comprising the first apparatus; selecting, from the at least two candidate resource sets at least partly based on the energy status, a target resource set for the transmission of the first apparatus; and performing a transmission based on the selected target resource set to the second apparatus or a third apparatus.
