The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a pre-formed dental restoration body — for use as an inlay, onlay, partial crown, or full crown — comprising a ceramic- particle-filled polymer matrix composite that exhibits a dual-phase material behaviour. In its pre-insertion state, the restoration body is flexible and conformable at ambient temperature (20-25°C), permitting seating within prepared tooth cavities including those with undercuts, without fracture risk. Upon seating, the body transitions to a rigid, dimensionally stable state through a dual-cure mechanism: photopolymerisation via a dental light-curing unit and thermopolymerisation at oral temperature (35-37°C). Three supply modalities are disclosed: pre-formed anatomical shapes, chairside-customisable blanks, and CAD/CAM-millable flexible blanks. The invention simplifies indirect restoration placement, reduces fracture risk during cementation, enables conservative tooth preparation, and improves marginal adaptation
