The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: Flexible bio-sensing patches with AI arrhythmia detection is the proposed invention. The proposed invention is a flexible bio-sensing patch integrated with artificial intelligence-based arrhythmia detection for continuous and real-time cardiovascular monitoring. The wearable patch is made up of flexible and biocompatible substrates with electrocardiogram electrodes, bio signal acquisition circuits, analogue front-end modules, embedded processors, wireless communication interfaces and low-power power management units for long duration physiological monitoring. The system continuously acquires cardiac electrical activity and performs signal conditioning, noise reduction and motion artefact suppression to obtain high quality ECG signals under ambulatory conditions. The artificial intelligence algorithms preferably comprise convolutional neural networks and long short-term memory networks that analyze waveform characteristics of the ECG to automatically identify cardiac abnormalities including atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, bradycardia and irregular heartbeat patterns in real time. The system detects abnormal cardiac events and then generates alerts and diagnostic information to external devices or healthcare monitoring platforms through wireless communication technologies.
