Abstract: FLAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY ABSTRACT Disclosed is a flat switch assembly (100) comprising a first fixed contact (6), a second fixed contact (7), a moving contact (9), and a lever (14) configured to push 5 a latch (15). The assembly includes a first compression spring (11), a second compression spring (12) fitted in a second actuator (4), and a third compression spring (13) fitted in a third actuator (5). The actuators (4, 5) are placed over the first actuator (3). A pivot (10) is assembled inside the first compression spring (11) and holds the moving contact (9) rested on any one of the fixed contacts (6 or 10 7) by pressing action thereof. The second actuator (4) functions as an intermediate component to facilitate the movement of the first actuator (3), while the third actuator (5) is engaged in cam actions. The assembly (100) creates a spark shield and is adaptable to a variety of switch types. Ref. Fig. 4
