Abstract: FLAMMABLE GAS LEAKAGE CONTAINMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF ABSTRACT A flammable gas leakage containment system (100) is disclosed. The system (100) comprising a gas sensing unit (102) to measure a concentration of gas in an environment; a communication unit (104) to communicate information associated with a gas leakage condition. The system (100) is configured to receive the continuously measured concentration of gas from the gas sensing unit (102); compare the concentration with a predefined threshold value; and activate a relay (110), when the measured concentration exceeds the predefined threshold value. The activation of the relay (110) actuates a gas supply control mechanism (112) to restrict a supply of gas; activates an exhaust fan (120) to expel leaked gas; and generates, through an alert unit (122) and a visual indication unit (124), an audio-visual alert. The system (100) provides coordinated containment of flammable gas leakage through automatic gas-supply restriction, ventilation, audio-visual alerts, and real-time remote monitoring.
