Abstract: FitBump is an Al-enabled healthcare and wellness application designed to support safe physical exercise among pregnant women across all three trimesters. The platform provides doctor-assigned exercise plans and AI-powered real-time pose monitoring that evaluates whether the pregnant user is performing each exercise safely and correctly. Users perform exercises at home through phonecamera recording, while the system tracks posture using Al models and provides instant feedback such as "Correct posture" or "Wrong posture" to reduce the risk of strain or injury. The application features trimester-wise routines, diet recommendations, reminders, messaging with doctors, and AIgenerated weekly progress dashboards. Doctors can remotely track patient progress, issue guidance, assign exercise routines and restrictions, and intervene when abnormal symptoms or risks are detected. FitBump integrates AT, medical support, secure communication, and personalized workout recommendations to make pregnancy exercise safer and medically guided without requiring frequent hospital visits
