Abstract: GST compliance requires proper invoice processing, tax verification, and preparation of different GST returns. Manual GST filing takes lot of time and chances of mistakes are also more. FiscalCare is GST filing system which combines OCR-based invoice extraction, voice-based invoice entry, GST verification, and automatic GST return generation in one platform itself. System processes digital and scanned invoices using OCR and document processing techniques to extract details like GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, taxable amount, and GST values kind of information. Voice-based invoice input is also converted into structured invoice data using speech processing methods. After extraction, GST values are checked using CBIC GST rules and wrong tax values are corrected automatically before storing data. All verified invoices are stored in centralized invoice repository from where GST returns like GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3B are generated dynamically. System improves GST filing accuracy, reduces manual work, reduces tax filing mistakes, and provides scalable automation for invoice processing and GST return preparation kind of operations.
