Abstract: ABSTRACT FIRE NOZZLE SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED CO2 INJECTION A fire nozzle system (100) includes a nozzle body (102) configured to receive a flow of water, wherein the nozzle body (102) defines an internal passage through which water flows. At least one air pressure sensor (104) is mounted on the nozzle body (102), wherein the at least one air pressure sensor (104) is configured to extract CO2 gas from ambient air and inject the CO2 gas directly into the flow of water within the nozzle body (102) to form a mixture of water and CO2 gas. An outlet (106) is disposed at a discharge end of the nozzle body (102), wherein the outlet (106) is configured to discharge the mixture of water and CO2 gas toward a fire.
