Abstract: A finger straightening assistive device, a C-shaped body 101 developed to be worn by a user over wrist portion and configured with a push button 102 that is accessed by the user to activate/deactivate the device, an laser sensor is integrated in the body 101 for determining dimension of the user’s wrist, a motorized drawer arrangement103integrated in the body 101 to extend/retract the body 101 in a manner that the wrist gets enclosed within the body 101, an electromagnet 104 integrated with each ends of the body 101, to get adhered with each other for securing the body 101 over the wrist portion, an inflatable member 105 integrated in the body 101 and paired with an inflating unit that is actuated by the microcontroller to inflate the member 105 for securing the body 101 over wrist along with providing comfort to the user in wearing the body 101.
