Abstract: A finger chips making device, comprising a platform 101 placed over a ground surface, a touch interactive display panel 107 for enabling the user to provide input commands regarding making of the finger chips, a semi-cylindrical member 103 constructed with a first end attached with a cutting grid 104 and a second end attached with a pusher 105 with the help of a pair of link 108 to push the potatoes through the grid 104 for making finger chips, a weight sensor to monitor filling of the potatoes into a hopper arranged on the platform 101, where user placed potatoes, a motorized gate to open for dispersion of one potatoes in the first end, an infrared based sensor to deter quantity of potatoes dispensed at a time, and an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 106 to detect dispension of potato in first end.
