Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-enabled mobile banking system for improving financial inclusion among underbanked and underserved users, particularly users having limited or unavailable conventional credit histories. The system acquires consented alternative financial behavior data through a mobile banking interface and processes the data to extract behavioral financial features including transaction frequency, payment regularity, savings behavior, repayment patterns, and cash-flow characteristics. A machine learning-based financial assessment engine generates a dynamic financial eligibility score based on the extracted features. A transaction risk analysis module evaluates financial transactions against a user-specific behavioral baseline to identify anomalous or potentially unauthorized activity. A financial product recommendation engine determines suitable micro-credit, micro-savings, or other financial services based on financial eligibility and risk. An adaptive learning module continuously updates the financial eligibility score according to subsequent financial behavior and transaction outcomes, thereby enabling adaptive and secure financial service access for underserved users.
