Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a filtering method and apparatus, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring first information to be filtered, wherein said first information comprises a first unit to be filtered which is obtained by means of decoding; when a neural network filter is used to filter said first unit in said first information, determining at least one reference image in a reference image set, wherein the reference image set comprises at least one of the following: a reference image in a reference image list of said first unit, and an image to be filtered to which said first unit belongs; and using the neural network filter to filter said first unit on the basis of said first information and the at least one reference image, and obtaining a filtered unit of said first unit. In the present application, the selection range of reference images is widened, so as to improve the filtering performance of a neural network filter, thereby improving the filtering effect of an image to be filtered.
