Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a film tearing mechanism (100) and a film tearing equipment (1000). The film tearing mechanism (100) includes a motion assembly (10), a suction assembly (20) connected to the motion assembly (10), a gripper assembly (30) connected to the suction assembly (20), and a blowing assembly (40) on a side of the gripper assembly (30). The blowing assembly (40) blows air to lift an end of a protective film (2) from a workpiece (1). The motion assembly (10) synchronously moves the suction assembly (20) and the gripper assembly (30) toward the workpiece (1), enabling the gripper assembly (30) to press the lifted end onto the suction assembly (20) for suction. The motion assembly (10) further synchronously moves the suction assembly (20) and the gripper assembly (30) away from the workpiece (1), detaching the protective film (2) from the workpiece (1).
