Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a film peeling device and a film application apparatus. The film peeling device comprises: a first support, wherein the first support is provided with a first mounting base, and a first driving member is mounted on the first mounting base; a base film suction nozzle, wherein the base film suction nozzle is configured to hold a base film by means of suction; a film handle platform, the first driving member being configured to drive the film handle platform to move at least in a first direction so as to approach or move away from the base film suction nozzle, and the film handle platform being provided with a plurality of second driving members; and a plurality of pressing claws, each of the second driving members being capable of independently driving one of the pressing claws to move at least in the first direction so as to approach or move away from the film handle platform. The present disclosure can take into account both production efficiency and the requirement for independently releasing protective films in multi-station film application.
