Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a field-deployable system for real-time crop growth monitoring and predictive production forecasting using multi-source agricultural data. The system comprises a field monitoring station positioned relative to an agricultural field, field sensors for generating field sensor data, a field sensor interface, a communication module, a remote server, and an output interface. The remote server receives field sensor data and remote agricultural data comprising satellite imagery, drone-based image data, weather data, rainfall-pattern data, vegetation-index data, crop-health data, and soil-parameter data. The remote server processes the received data, divides the agricultural field into geo-spatial zones, analyzes each geo-spatial zone to determine crop growth status, crop development stage, and productivity potential, evaluates spatial and temporal variation, detects growth deviation or anomaly condition, and generates a production forecast output comprising expected yield information, zone-wise yield distribution information, crop growth trend information, and anomaly alert information.
