Abstract: FFermentation system (100) and method (400) thereof is disclosed. The fermentation system (100) includes a tank (1), a closed-loop circulation system (8), a venturi mechanism (9), and an ozone generator (12). The tank (1) is configured to hold fermentation media. The fermentation media is transfer to the tank through an RO inlet valve. The closed-loop circulation system (8) with a high impeller circulation pump. The high impeller circulation pump creates a closed-loop flow of the fermentation media. The venturi mechanism (9) is placed within closed-loop circulation system for both media sterilization and oxygenation. The ozone generator (12) is connected to the venturi mechanism for sterilization. The air filter is attached to the venturi mechanism for an air intake during oxygenation. The closed-loop circulation system, the venturi mechanism, the ozone generator, and the air filter are configured to receive water from the RO inlet valve through the high impeller circulation pump.
