The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a feedstock intelligence system (100) for adaptive processing of post-consumer polyethylene terephthalate (PET) feedstock into recycled packaging products. The system comprises a feedstock receiving module (110), a feedstock intelligence module (120), a feedstock evaluation module (130), an adaptive decision engine (140), a PET processing module (150), a packaging formation module (170), a quality inspection module (180) a close loop material recovery module (200), and a feedback optimization module (210). The feedstock intelligence module acquires one or more characteristics of the incoming PET feedstock, and the feedstock evaluation module generates feedstock quality information and recommended processing actions. Based on the evaluated feedstock condition, the adaptive decision engine determines an adaptive processing recipe comprising one or more recycling and manufacturing operations for execution by the PET processing module. The existing recycled PET material is converted into packaging products which are subsequently inspected for conformity with predetermined quality requirements. Non-conforming materials are recovered through the closed loop material recovery module and reintroduced for subsequent feedstock evaluation and processing. Operational information generated throughout the recycling process is utilized by the feedback batches. The disclosed system establishes a closed adaptive processing architecture for systematic processing of heterogenous post-consumer PET feedstock.
