Abstract: A federated learning system (100) for secure cross-device health data monitoring and predictive analytics is disclosed. The system comprises a plurality of nodes (105) configured to acquire and locally store physiological data, train local machine learning models, compute data heterogeneity indices, regulate training parameters, generate encrypted local updates, and perform quantization. A control unit (110) selects participating nodes, distributes a global model, receives secure updates, performs integrity verification, aggregates verified updates in a ciphertext domain, and updates the global model without centralizing raw data. The system supports homomorphic encryption, differential privacy, secure execution environments, and adaptive node selection based on connectivity, power availability, and data heterogeneity. The updated global model is redistributed for personalized fine-tuning. The invention enables privacy-preserving, scalable, and accurate distributed health data analytics across heterogeneous devices.
