Abstract: Abstract of the invention: The present invention relates to a Federated Explainable Digital Twin Framework for Climate-Resilient Smart Agriculture Using Edge Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Technology. The framework integrates Digital Twin, Federated Learning, Explainable Al (XAI), Edge Al, and Blockchain to enable secure, intelligent, and privacypreserving precision agriculture. Agricultural data from distributed edge devices are processed locally, ensuring that sensitive farm data remain onsite while only model parameters are shared for collaborative learning. The Digital Twin continuously replicates real-time farm conditions -Tor monitoring, simulation, - and predictive analysis. Explainable Al provides transparent recommendations for irrigation, crop health monitoring, fertilizer optimization, and yield prediction. Blockchain technology ensures secure, tamper-resistant storage of sensor data, model updates, and decision records. Edge computing reduces latency and bandwidth requirements, enabling realtime decision-making in remote farming environments. The proposed framework enhances climate resilience by forecasting environmental risks and recommending adaptive farming strategies. It improves resource utilization, crop productivity, data security, and stakeholder trust while supporting scalable and sustainable smart agriculture.
