Abstract: The present invention relates to a federated child risk-resilience prediction and digital twin intervention system for preventing intergenerational criminal behavior and juvenile delinquency. The system integrates Artificial Intelligence, Federated Learning, and digital twin simulation to enable privacy-preserving collaborative learning across schools, NGOs, healthcare institutions, and child welfare agencies without centralized sharing of sensitive child data. The invention employs dual prediction models configured to simultaneously generate criminal risk scores and protective resilience scores using psychosocial, educational, behavioral, and environmental indicators. A digital twin simulation engine performs counterfactual intervention analysis for therapy, mentorship, educational support, and family assistance programs. Multi-objective optimization balances risk reduction, resilience enhancement, fairness constraints, and resource efficiency. Human-in-the-loop governance, encrypted federated training, longitudinal monitoring, and dynamic model updating collectively enable ethical, explainable, and adaptive early intervention planning for vulnerable children.
