The system includes a farmer mobile app, an IoT environmental monitor unit, an AI-based disease detection engine, a federated learning coordination server, a regional disease intelligence engine, a disease hotspot detection module, an outbreak prediction engine, and a government advisory module. Leaf samples and environmental parameters (soil moisture, temperature, humidity, pH, nutrient, and rainfall) are gathered to identify crop diseases and measure disease severity.
