Abstract: Abstract Fatigue-Aware Motion Optimization System for Lower-Limb Rehabilitation The present invention relates to a fatigue-aware motion optimization system for lower-limb rehabilitation. The system comprises a lower-limb support framework, a control unit, actuators associated with hip and knee joints, a power conditioning module, and a graphical monitoring interface. The control unit coordinates rehabilitation exercises by controlling joint movements while continuously monitoring movement characteristics including motion smoothness, angular displacement consistency, movement completion duration, and trajectory behavior. A fatigue-aware motion optimization engine identifies fatigue-related movement variations during therapy sessions and automatically modifies rehabilitation parameters including movement speed, joint angle, holding duration, recovery interval, and repetition frequency. The system further provides real-time visualization of rehabilitation status through a graphical interface. By dynamically adapting rehabilitation routines according to patient response, the invention reduces excessive muscular strain, improves patient comfort, enhances rehabilitation efficiency, and provides personalized physiotherapy assistance suitable for stroke recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation, neuromuscular therapy, and mobility restoration applications.
