Abstract: TITLE OF INVENTION: FASTENER HAVING LOAD-BALANCING THREAD TRANSITION ZONES WITH VARYING THREAD GEOMETRY AND METHOD THEREOF The present invention discloses a fastener (10) comprising a head (110), a shank (105) extending along a longitudinal axis, and a plurality of threads (100) formed on an outer surface of the shank (105). The plurality of threads (100) comprises a plurality of first threads (120), second threads (220), and third threads (320) sequentially arranged along the longitudinal axis. Each of the first threads (120), second threads (220), and third threads (320) is defined by respective thread parameters including a core diameter (D1, D2, D3), a pitch (P1, P2, P3), a crest width (C1, C2, C3), and a thread depth (d1, d2, d3). The varying thread geometry enables controlled insertion, improved load distribution, enhanced anchorage, and reduced stress concentration during engagement with a receiving material. Fig. 1
