Abstract: A fast charge power-on and power-off control system for a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, comprising: a motor control unit, a hybrid control unit, a battery management system, a direct current/direct current converter, and an air conditioner controller. The battery management system can be communicatively connected to a charging pile, and the battery management system is respectively communicatively connected to the air conditioner controller and the hybrid control unit; and the hybrid control unit is respectively communicatively connected to the air conditioner controller, the direct current/direct current converter, and the motor control unit. The system takes the state of a handbrake into account, preventing a safety accident caused by a vehicle sliding down a slope during charging. When the vehicle slides down a slope, a vehicle speed state is considered, charging is stopped in time, and in the power-off process, in sequence, a fast charge relay needs to be disconnected, and then a main positive relay, a main negative relay or a heating relay is disconnected, avoiding the power-off danger. Also provided is a fast charge power-on and power-off control method for a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle.
